Was it really BA at LGW or was it a CSA over the phone? Can't access link but glimpsed story over someone's shoulder on the tube

opps..yep you are right it would be appear to be the call centre rather than at LGW

Presumably Miss Saunders wasnt "compensated" otherwise BA wouldn't have troubled the courts as linked below. The report says BA apologized and offered a token of apology.

It is also presumably in someone's gift as and when they choose to deliver an apology.
