I don't have experience of emailing YouFirst, however:

You have paid for first class travel and associated benefits - no reply to your query is not acceptable for even economy travel. I personally would expect a reply within 24 hours.

The fact that this has happened twice would suggest an out of date email address / un-monitored mailbox. I am sure it's not the experience they would like you to have as a First customer.

I would try communicating with them via the phone. I found these numbers ba.com:

In the UK call: 0800 408 7667
From overseas call: +44 161 448 3013

I emailed several times before my flights to HKG recently, all about various things, and all were replied to with a personal (non-template) response within 24 hours. Email again, or failing that, give them a call.

Just got a reply to my cabana issue.
Never had a seating reply. Oh well not to worry.

Thanks for comments.

I just emailed them this morning and they already replied by noon. I suggest to paste their email address next time into your email tool directly and not clicking on the web.

Emailed this week with a cabana request, heard back within the day. My requested time was not available but they offered and booked a substitute time.
