Quick question...

Hello all,

A quick question for you.

I'm flying from PHL-LHR-PHL, originally booked in WT, used the $150 each way upgrade offer to upgrade to WT+.

Can I use miles now to upgrade to CW? The option is greyed out on MMB, but I could have sworn I read somewhere that it is possible. It doesn't seem possible through MMB, so maybe a call to BAEC in the US.

Thanks very much!

Off the top of my head... No.

If you had upgraded it normally with cash, then it would upgrade into a different bucket to the one if you use the special offer to upgrade etc...

I don't think you can either. You may be able to upgrade to CW at PHL outbound/LHR inbound for something like $399 if its being offered/there is available space.

Except the will to live! I despair at the US call center on a regular basis.

isnt that just a problem with most call centres?

you should try being on the receiving end of someone referred to 999 by nhs direct, you really would loose the will to live after that!

Would imagine BA NA call centers are a bit bunged up (again) dealing with snow victims.
