When pricing a reward WT+ from LHR to JFK in Jan I'm getting the above message bringing the mileage down to 50,000 - has this been announced somewhere?

Wouldn't call it "free" since there are extra taxes and charges to pay but on the miles side it seems to be WT+ for WT miles yes.
