Where has B77W G-STBB gone?
Just wondering what's happened to G-STBB no info on BA Jet Tracker for this bird for last few days and I have noticed the 77W been removed from the ORD route until Sat 11th Dec?
I am due to fly to ORD on 11th Dec on the 77W I hope they don't change it at this late stage, mind you looking at the loads there would have to be a lot of UPG's.

Nope!
that would of been either G-VIIB or G-VIIO. they are LGW based 777-236er's and diverted to BHX when LGW closed due to snow.
G-VIIB positioned Birmingham - Bridgetown Barbados empty as BA9154 to operate the return Bridgetown to LGW.
G-VIIO positioned empty from Birmingham - Antigua as BA9155 to operate the Antigua-LGW.

I saw -TBA and -TBC at T5B yesterday. They looked very smart. And they were parked and connected to air bridges, which scotches that particular rumour.
Dunno where -TBB is though.

Hope not. The 747 pax series have had their day and the market has truly voted with their feet on the 747-8i
Fundamentally it is still a 1960's structural design and no amount of "warming over" will change this. It's like Ford trying to sell a 2010 updated version of the Mk 2 Cortina to the market....even re-engining it and giving it an interior makeover won't change the fact it is still based on a Mk 2 Cortina.
The A380, A350 and 773 (probably a next gen 773) is the way to go for the VLA market....the vast majority of airlines certainly think so ^
