What happens if I cancel my Amex 241
Hello All
I may need to cancel Amex 241 booking, if so I am right in thinking that my 241 voucher, miles and cash paid in tax will all come back to me? If so how long will this normally take? Many thanks |

Many thanks 25.If travel using a Companion Voucher is cancelled within 24 hours of travel then the Companion Voucher will not be re-issued to the Member’s Executive Club account. 26.If travel using a Companion Voucher is cancelled more than 24 hours before departure then the Companion Voucher will be re-issued to the Member’s Executive Club account for the remainder of its original validity period which is 12 months from the date of issue for Classic and Premium Cardmembers, and 24 months from date of issue for Premium Plus Cardmembers. miles are usually posted back the same day, taxes and charges are refunded within 2weeks minus a £15pp handling charge.

I didn't get charged the £15 fee, not sure why. |
