BA901 Cancelled. What to do next?
Hello,
I am booked on the BA901 FRA-LHR tomorrow morning. I've just received an e-mail that it got cancelled. I am to continue on BA185 to NY. My booking was not made on BA, but with a TA (Expedia) When trying to reschedule my flights, it says there is an error and that I should contact BA. I've called BA both in UK as well as in Germany. Both offices are closed. What should I do? I am thinking of going to the airport tomorrow morning, when my original flight is suppose to depart. Is there another option? Thanks, Cosmin |

If you have Skype, try BA's customer services in the US: 1-800-247-9297
They should still be open. I don't know if you can reach the number (it's a US freephone number I think) from a normal phone but try it anyway. |
Yes, that's a free number in the US and charged at international rates from outside the US. As suggested, calling US 800 numbers with Skype would be free.
As it's a TA fare, expedia ought to be able to help, though I've found them unhelpful when I've needed help. Welcome to FT and the BA forum, cosminm. I hope your next post will be in happier circumstances. |

I am currently on hold with the US office, waiting for the rebooking. Not a good start for my trip, but an easy rebooking .......and yes, rebooked by the US office. Thank you all again for the great idea. Cosmin |
