First - First booked, LHR -PHO- LHR, Did first with UA this year on a scale of 1-10 how much better should this be with BA.

I've flown once this year with BA in F and once with UA in F. Can't say I found much difference between the two. Both were night flights and I slept well on both, food OK on both, the (London-based) UA crew were friendlier, less formal than the BA crew. I preferred that but some people might not.
