Here's a summary of my expereince as things seem to have gone through.

Applied 31st May - card approved instantly and quickly showed up as validated at Quidco
3rd June - received card
mid-June - noticed card number had changed online and then received the second card
31st July - Quidco money arrived in Quidco account
2nd August - hit £500 spend
24th August - no 20000 points after August statement so sent Secure Message
30th August - 20000 points in account

Thanks to everyone for the information in this thread.

My cashback transaction is still logged as 'enquiry being processed' despite being told it was verified and was now 'tracked'. The enquiry i sent originally chasing it up has been closed and there appears to be no way of contacting quidco regarding it.

I have given up

Hi all, a bit of help would be appreciated.

I transferred the 20,000 points to BA miles last week and I've just noticed this has incurred a £35 charge on my Amex Gold card. Is this correct?

Hi, thanks for the reply. This is all it shows on my recent activity statement.

18 Aug TRANSFER BA MILES
LOYALTY PTS
Process Date 19 Aug £35.00

I don't remember seeing anything relating to a charge for converting the points to BA miles.

Strange and a bit worrying. ISTR way way back in this thread that someone mentioned a membership rewards fee, but I believe it had been waived for this Gold Card offer?

I've just read through the MR t&cs and it makes mention of a £20+VAT membership rewards fee that is charged annually. Still doesn't add up to £35 though. The fee doesn't apply to Platinum or Centurion cards.

I've just redeemed my points so I'll be keeping an eye on my account.

I would definitely phone up and query it.

Yes I have the exact same problem - and no way I can see to contact quidco now that the original enquiry is closed. Annoying!

actually take that back - found a link from where to send a support enquiry: http://senatus.quidco.com/support-contact/

I've tried searching for an answer, does anyone know if you can transfer MR points to a Euro EC account?

Does anyone know if this offer is still running? Quidco are advertising the £60 cashback on their website, but it says "Until the 7th June, new Members will receive 20,000 bonus points when they spend just £500 in their first 3 months"
As that date has gone, does that mean that the cashback offer is now closed?

No, how could the sentence you quoted possibly mean that?

And the 20k bonus points (which is something you obtain direct from Amex as a public signup offer, regardless of whether or not you go to them via quidco), has been extended to a date in november as per the amex site, quidco have not updated their text as the 20k is not their promotion.

However please tell me how you can read that sentence or indeed anything on the whole quidco page to suggest that the £60 cashback has stopped? Seriously, I'm curious. Others seem to have read it like you have, and I just can't see how!

I applied for this card about a week ago.

The Quidco website says £60 cashback is still available and the Amex website says the 20,000 bonus miles for qualifying spend are still available.

On that basis the offer should still be available.

Well, it would appear that I was wrong and that I was reading too much into the 7th June deadline. I will go ahead and apply.
Sorry if I caused any confusion.
