Ring them up and query it, sounds like LOTS of cards were set up wrongly.

My new card is appearing in the Your Account section online as 'The Gold Card®' however I have been awarded double MR points for Tesco, John Lewis and Avis spend.
I haven't received the 20,000 MR's and I passed the £500 threshold on the 3rd May. I'll leave it a while longer to see what appears.
My Quidco hasn't automatically tracked, so I'll wait until the 30 days has passed and then file an enquiry with them.

My account shows online as the gold card and my recent tesco purchase only shows single miles. Just spoke to Amex and the guy hadn't heard of double points for grocery and fuel shopping and, after checking with someone, insisted I only receive one for one. It was only when I read back to him their own literature that he went and checked again and then confirmed that my account had been set up wrong - not as a preferred gold card.
He's raised a query and they will cancel the account and change it over. He said it would take a couple of weeks.

No double points on my Amex for supermarket spend so I sent a secure message on Friday.
Got a reply today to the effect that it will be resolved in 7 to 10 days. They also confirmed that I'll get the 20K MR points should £500 be spent within 3 months.
I'm printing their message off should it needed as evidence in the future

Must admit the card does look rather cool. Gets a double-take from the cashiers whenever I use it.

Also, what annoys me is that my Quidco is showing click throughs for the 20th and 25th April when I signed up on the 9th April and 25th April.

Interestingly, I also got double points for an ITunes App Store purchase. The extra points were labelled "Outbound spend bonus" rather than the "First year welcome bonus" on my Tesco purchases. Does anyone have any idea what that is?

Well my membership reward points (2200 ish) have vanished. They have sent me a brand new card out (I noticed my card number had changed when I logged in).
My double points still haven't been awarded obviously no sign of the 20k as I no longer appear to be enrolled in MR....
On the phone to them now and I can't do anything until I get the new card now
