The title of the thread is perfectly fine. The language use and style of coverage (i.e. reporting approval before finalised) is totally inkeeping with standard reporting of such matters.

Sorry guys, whilst an approval is likely, the European Commission are currently merely market testing the commitments put forward by AA, BA and IB. If they get new comments (which I think is unlikely though as all interested parties should have had enough time to make their objections known), they might require changes to the commitments. I would expect it to take a few more months until final approval.
