However, I think it's the least good seat on the UD, anyway, because of the position of the forward toilet.

I have always understood 60B to be a flight deck crew rest seat for the likes of SIN and other very long haul routes where there are 3 pilots. I wonder if any staff/pilots here can clarify this? Maybe sometimes it's blocked so a positioning pilot can use it?

I have 64/J/K booked on 175 to JFK next week. Looking forward to it.

Correct, the ones I can think of are HKG/SIN/CPT/JNB/GRU/LAX/SFO and possibly PHX and LAS.

That's what we do (62A/K actually) flying back from west coast because we both like privacy and prefer sleeping to socialising on the night flight. Perfectly rational I think but it's surprising how often we're asked by crew (sometimes I suspect at the request of other pax) if one of us wouldn't like to move so we can be next to each other.

Only been seated on the upper deck once and was in 64A....excellent seat however I would have been happy with any seat to be honest.
It's very handy for going to the galley, the club kitchen, the toilet and getting down the stairs first on disembarking.....although some twats further forward wishing to save all of two seconds trying to shove their way to the front.
Upper deck is good but I found some of my fellow upper deck passengers manners to be rather suspect.

Nothing really apart from them trying to shove their way to the front at disembarkation.
If I had to be honest I think the upper deck is best left to those who wish to be left alone to sleep.....the lower deck has more action.

Good question. I remember 10 years ago asking crew to move into it from 61 (don't ask) and the crew got the pilot out to swap with me. I hadn't realized I was swapping with a pilot but he was fine and we had a very pleasant exchange.

If it's one of the routes I mentioned it should never become unblocked, saying that if there are seats left in First at close out they can move their rest seat into there.
