Yes you get off the plane and then either go to dire Aspire lounge (down the escalators and turn left) or look at board and go to next departure gate simple as that

My SOF-LHR on 23 Dec was cancelled so ended up rebooking onto LH so that doesn't help with TP's! I assume it might be possible to claim the TP's i'd have got had BA not cancelled the flight? It leaves my wife 10 points shy of a Gold Card:mad: which was why she was doing SIN-DOH-SOF-LHR in the first place.
