is 2:15 connection in GRU too tight???

So in October I'll be transiting thru GRU (I hope, at least). So I'll be arriving in GRU on United flight from ORD-GRU in biz class @ 9:30AM. I have not done so yet, but I'm highly considering booking an onward flight from GRU-EZE. The connection would be on Air Canada and it departs @ 11:45AM. I'll be in Prem Economy on the AC flight, and will have carry-on luggage only, US Passport holder. This assumes, of course, that the United flight is on time but if so, is 2:15 mins too tight a connection? I'd welcome any thoughts and thank you. Safe travels everyone!

You are doing Int't -Int'l which I haven't personally done, but I have done a bunch of Int'l-Domestic connections at GRU and if your UA flight is on time you should be fine. I normally have checked luggage, and I find I wait longer for it to show up than it takes to clear passport control.

I do intl-intl fairly frequently at GRU. Evrything should be fine if your incoming flight is on time.

Try and do online check-in for the AC flight as this will make things much easier..

echoing malagajohn you should be fine. I also do this quite a bit to get home to EZE.

GRU

I landed GRU yesterday 08:00 from international flight expecting crowds like pre Covid. It was a ghost town. 0 wait at passport control. 0 line thru customs. Was out the door in 15 minutes from getting off the plane.

Thanks for replying. I appreciate it. Sad that the airport was so desolate but glad it still makes for an easy transit. Be well!
