Trip to Belem
Hi all,
Planning a trip to Northern Brazil - Brasilia, Belem and Manaus - in few days, I tried to collect as much infos as I could about those destinations. Everything is going very well except I can't get information about public transportation between Belem airport and the city center. It seems there's a public bus n°638 departing from the airport but I was unable to find any extra infos such as the arrival point in downtown Belem. Is there anyone here who could help me ? Thanks a lot in advance for your feedback. |
afaik...
Pratinhas bus goes to Presidente Vargas. Marex bus goes to Praca de Republica. The airport is only about 12 km from the city, so even a taxi isn't likely to be more than maybe U$20 or so. If you have time in your schedule, I'd suggest spending a few days in charming Sao Luis while you're up there in the general area. Lots to do and see. |

Unfortunately just a vey short stay in BSB on the way back to home but I'll have a look to Sao Luis for a next trip. |
