Transfer at GRU: ASU (TAM) to DXB (Emirates)

When coming from Asuncion (ASU) on TAM Airlines do I land in Terminal 3 at Gaurulhos (GRU) and connect to Dubai (DXB) on Emirates, also in Terminal 3? There is no passing through immigration?

Welcome to FlyerTalk, Boxwood!

As your query is airport-specific, we'll move this over to the Brazil forum for further discussion. Thanks. /JY1024, TravelBuzz co-moderator

looks like a term 3 connection. however be forewarned, from timatic:

Passengers with a connecting flight booked on the same ticket in transit through Sao Paulo Guarulhos (GRU).
TWOV (transit without visa) does not apply to passengers in transit through Sao Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) who hold a separate ticket, purchased on or after 1 October 2015, for their connecting flight.
Warning:
Passengers in transit through Sao Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) with a connecting flight booked on a separate ticket must collect their baggage and re-check their bags in at the OAL counter.

The connecting flight is on a separate ticket. But I do not have any checked in bags and do not need a visa for Brazil
