GRU -Terminal and Gate Name Changes

Received an email from GOL informing me that terminals and gates at GRU are being renamed, Some changes have occurred and everything should be completed on or by Dec 2, 2015.

Essentially Terminal 4 that Azul uses will be renamed Terminal 1 with check-in at "A". Gates will be 100-109

Current Terminals 1 and 2 will be combined and named Terminal 2 and have a central entrance to the hallway that presently connects them. Gates will be from 201-246. Check-in will be at "B", "C", "D", and "E".

Terminal 3 remains as Terminal 3. Gates will be 301-326. Check-in at "F", "G", and "H".

Signage will be posted.

Do you mean current terminals 1 and 2 will be combined (i.e. the old ones)?
