15 hours at GRU. What to do?

I am doing a AA MR and have 15 hours to while away. From around 0700 till 2200.

Suggestions please?

Any airport hotels?

Lounge access? I am EXP.

Anything else?

Thank you in advance.

Some of the hotels in the nearby town of Guarulhos have pools. And free airport shuttles. Get a day room.

It might sound like a dumb question but you have a visa correct? If you don't just want to sleep I'd recommend just going into Sao Paulo with that amount of time.

Yes, I do have a visa.

How do I get into Sao Paulo and what do I do?

There are several NYTimes articles called 36 hours in São Paulo that can be Googled. Some good suggestions in them.

If you're going without a visa Terminal 3 has some decent lounges - the best I think is the LAN/TAM/OneWorld. They keep different food supplied [not extensive, but enough] and it's spotless, albeit a bit noisy because it's roof is open to the terminal.

They have showers, and power adaptors, and was no suggestion of a time limit.
