Help with Lost & Found at GRU
 

I was wondering if one of our Brazilian members can assist me with enquiring about a lost item at GRU.

I have 'logged' it with TAM @LHR, but they don't seem very interested in helping [giving some vague answers] and calling GRU wasn't very useful either, mainly due to language issues.

I would be very grateful if someone from Brazil/Sao Paulo can make a phone call and just try to find out if the item lost has been found.

Details are:

Left a jacket at the gate 12 area, just before boarding flight JJ8084 to LHR on Thursday, 18APR [around 22.50 local time].
It is a navy blue/blue rain jacket, brand 'Regatta' - there should be a small logo on the front.

Luckily, nothing in the pockets.
