Wait list for First?
 
Have checked ANA and a TG flight is showing with availability in First for NRT to BKK. When trying to book with the ICC they mention that its not possible due to a wait list?

From your collective experience do you know if these wait lists ever lift? Is it worth hounding the ICC for these seats whilst they continue to show available on ANA?

First thing to do is to ring back and try again with a different agent. Worth doing a few times.

"Cannot reserve a first class seat due to wait list" = ICC excuse not to do anything # 164

Call back - I'll be amazed if you get the same response again.

Oh damn the ICC :( I have now tried about 4 times and whilst ANA continues to show availability they are still claiming a wait list.

Any tricks of the trade on how I can convince the ICC?

i too had a similar experience this week with the ICC when trying to book a 2 x reward seats on a LH flight. ANA showed lots of availability on multiple days, but the ICC insisited that there was no availability on most of my choices :confused:
