Can you change the name on a redemption ticket or do you need to cancel and rebook?

It will required a cancellation and rebooking, in theory, due to name change. And cancellation fees, of course.

The problem with cancellation is that there's no guarantee that the inventory will be made available again, so the seats could be lost.
