Why are TLV redemptions still not bookable online???
Sorry I know this should probably (maybe...) be posted in the other thread, so mods feel free to move it, but with 13 pages I thought my rant would get lost...
Why after installing new software they still don't list TLV on the list of redemption countries i.e. not possible to book online.
The TLV route has been operating for well over a year now, so come on...

It's pathetic to be honest.
I need to attend a wedding in BEY, so I looked to see if there were any mileage seats. Surprise, surprise, BEY doesn't appear on the redemptions list.
It's laughable that I need to check on another airlines website (aka NH) to see if BD has seats available. I've tried to be patient with the Indian call centre, but my last 3 redemptions were right royally screwed up by them.
SORT IT OUT BD!
