How to get BD miles credited correctly for LX flight?

Just back from LCY-ZRHx-IST in LX paid J (fully flexible) which I credited to my DC card. My heart sank this morning to see that they have given 0 miles for the ZRH-IST segments. How can I get this resolved - surely I don't have to send in boarding passes as per the bmi website? And is it LX's problem or BD's? (as well as mine obviously!)

Thanks in advance guys.

Fear not. Tonight light a candle and pray to the mileage gods.

Then tomorrow morning your zero should magically change to a nice large number

.. OK, it posts initially as zero and corrects itself in 24 hours..

Or wait until tomorrow and find you can't access your account for the next week or so. On any given normal Wednesday it would be just like you said though!

While in 90% of cases the 0 turns into miles it sometimes can take 48h for the system to update. The longest I had to wait was 3 days for the 0 credit to turn into treasured miles. Why you ask? It is in the hands of the almighty DC God
