Buying miles down?
 

I am unable to buy miles on the BMI website, is anyone else having the same problem or know of any issue?

I enter my details and it tries to process the payment and then comes up with an error page.

Oh dear.

I had the same problem. Most annoying.

I was advised by the ICC to wait for my payment to clear on my credit card (takes a few days!!!) and then send them a screenshot.

But my miles appeared about 2 - 3 days after I purchased them anyway (rather than the up to 24 hours (but in reality a few hours) that it normally takes).
