Unable to remain logged in to DC

Ever since the change in website I have to log in every time I click a link within the Diamond Club area of the website. It is extremely frustrating and means I can't do anything!

Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong here or is this happening to everyone?

I'm no expecrt in websites or technology (and nor is bmi, by the look of it) but the first thing to do is to clear your cookies - this looks like the most obvious source of your frustration...

I did have that problem temporarily, but it cleared itself up.

It was truly infuriating! Try a different browser?

well, these are classic symptoms of cookie-cockup syndrome which many posters have reported here.

Try clearing these cookies specifically.

When I do a dummy redemption booking and click plan another redemption (or words to that effect) I get logged out and have to log-in again. No idea if that's normal or not. I use Firefox.

Folks,

This is, ahem, a tech help thread.

Let's just leave it that way, eh?

I had this problem using IE.

I tried FireFox and was able to remain logged in.
