Canada ......

What is AC availability typically like?

Looking at a MAN / LHR to YVR for late April (23rd ish) for a week or so in J.

What are my chances of going direct?

Wouldn't mind LH/LX in F either - obviously not direct!

We got MAN-LHR-YVR in J a few years ago, but on a quick check I'm not seeing anything direct in the week you want. Plenty if you are happy to change in YYZ, YEG or YYC.

There is some F availability on MUC-YUL and ZRH-YUL that week, with connections in J

Well after about 20 minutes on the phone to the ICC last night (2 different guys) there was allegedly nothing from MAN, LHR, MUC, FRA or ZRH!!!

I'll try again this evening when I have a little more time to spend on it!!

How far out are you looking? TAM only release seats within South America 3 months out, unless it's tagged onto an intercontinental flight (in which case 6 months)

You really should be more specific with dates. I only found these seats on LX:

Code:
** BRITISH MIDLAND INTERNATIONA - AD ** MAN MANCHESTER.GB 224 TU 26JUN 0000
 1 LX 009 I2 /ORD 5 ZRH 1915 1055+1E0/333
     LX 394 I5 /ZRH MAN 1 1210+1 1305+1E0/320 11:50
 2 LX 009 I2 /ORD 5 ZRH 1915 1055+1E0/333
     LX 380 I4 /ZRH MAN 1 1715+1 1810+1E0/320 16:55
NO MORE LATER FLTS 26JUN ORD MAN
If you don't mind double connection you could also take SQ on the A380 JFK-FRA, there are a few dates in June with availability.

Need to get back from US West coast on 28th or 29th February 2012 to London.

Would prefer business class and need 2 seats

Any ideas?!?

West coast has a few airports so I've chosen SFO here for you:

Aeroplan is currently showing 5 options (all via FRA) to get you from SFO on the 28th.

Even more choice on the 29th as well with some CO via EWR available.

All for 2 PAX.

BNE > GLEDI, 28/12 onwards, 1 C seat

Out of the loop with the best search methods, and have a likely tough request for a C seat out of BNE (or SYD) to EDI as soon as possible from Monday onwards. Realise might have to be flexible here, so happy to hear any suggestions.

Many thanks, its for a friend who needs to come home urgently, hopefully I can make sure they come home in comfort as the alternative is an expensive Y

Here is a possible option, but it requires an overnight connection in FRA:

trying to pin down a couple of domestic china segments which the ana tool doesn't know how to handle. i think expertflyer might - would be very grateful if anyone could check...

March 19 2012, CA4451, CTU Chengdu > LJG Lijiang City, 07.15>08.45, 1 seat in Y (or J if offered?). Otherwise, March 20/21/22?

April 13 2012, CA1854, NGB Ningbo > PEK Beijing, 08.20>10.45, 1 seat in Y (or J if offered?). Otherwise any of the other Air China NGB>PEK flights on that day (CA1670, CA1840, CA1542)?

thank you so very much...

Thank you, however the overnighter in FRA is a bit of a turn off. Any day next week is fine to travel, and I don't care what airline as long as its a C seat and ideally does not include an overnight stopover. Prefer to fly out BNE however can use some BA miles for a seat down to SYD.
