Has anyone bought miles on December 31st and got there bonus miles yet? I've been looking for a reward ticket for specific dates for days now -- finally found availability BUT the bonus miles haven't been posted yet. The call centre advised me to wait a day. Or two. Or more.

I'd contact Diamond Club's email address to get it sorted out. Each time I've purchased miles with a bonus rider, they've posted simultaneously.

I'm waiting for a similar promo to resurface - to buy miles before the pound goes back up! (it's started upward already!)

Still no sign of Bonus Miles.

Rang DC to chase bonus miles and they advised me that my Miles for LHR/DUB/LHR would post soon. I hadn't enquired about that!!

I explained (3 times) that I was chasing bonus miles as was (eventually) advised that they would post on 31st Jan.

We'll see.....

finally!!

Seems the email address in the post above gets results, but only after a 9 day delay. We got our 10% bonuses posted at last.

Also the MOST helpful call centre person I have ever come across must be Sneha (pronounced Snee-ha) :-:.

As an aside, has anyone ever had a call back returned from the call centre? Seems to be the most empty promise when they say they will call back later with an answer to a query.
