Email address problems
 

Hi Folks
Did a quick search and couldn't find anything...

I'm trying to book a lhr-bhd reward flight and it keeps asking me to enter my email addy on the name & address page but the box is grayed out... can anyone help me on how I get round this?

It's never bloody straight forward...

I wouldn't advise ever making redemptions online... give the call centre a ring when they open at 8am.

Looks like this a bug : this field is locked out and can't be updated. That said, doesn't it fill in your e-mail address from your profile ? It did when I tried.
