I've received this offer too (3x miles) - it's well timed because I already have a flight booked MAN - ORD in sept but I'm returning on BA to LHR (I have a meeting in London and apparently this was the best way of doing it).

Anyway - the email states that it can be a return OR two one way flights. Does this mean a quick MAN - LHR run a few days earlier would allow me the extra miles on both? I also have another MAN - LHR - MAN run booked for later in the month.

Sorry it my question appears silly but I'm pretty new to BD and these monthly promos but I'm getting to like them more and more!

Thats the understanding I have from the T&Cs, 2 One Ways or 1 Return for 2* and 4 One Ways or 2 returns for 3*

So a MAN-LHR Quickie would mean the TA sector earns at 2* (AFAIK)

If i havent received the email by now should i give up hope - or is there any way of asking DC to make me eligible for the promotion?

Failing that does anyone have any decnet suggestions for accumulating 20k status miles by christmas?

Cheers

Welcome to FT !

Always allow 72 hours from first to last batch of mailings. After that, it is unlikely you have been included.

That would depend entirely on how much time and money you wish to devote to the task, and is a topic for a seperate thread. Try a search of this forum. Many have asked similar questions before.

Do the terms and conditions suggest the double/triple miles will be awarded on the qualifying flight or just those that follow it/them?

No you earn 800 - plus you can get excellent Biz fares (~100) coming back.

I suppose all those that are going to get the email have now received it?

I could've used it and it would have made me go out of my way to take another few flights.

Past experience of these dynamic links for a number of people who have 'experimented' is that it doesn't work, so posting the link will allow you to see what you have missed, but that'll be about it!

As a fellow member of the 'not invited to participate' club I can't help anyway!

I know, shockingly enough this part of their IT appears to work. If only they could apply it elsewhere on the site!

I didn't get it either. Bit disappointed as again would have encouraged me to get out there and do some trips. Ah well.
