BMIBaby seat help

I'm flying MAN-AGP and the return flight is sold out so I am going to pay the 10 quid for a extra leg room seat. Are there any preferences between row 1 or row 23 (don't know what the plane type is). Is row 1 okay for a 6ft 2 guy, as it would give me a quick exit off the plane which i think i will need after my first low cost flight in years and probably with a severe hangover.

Thanks

At WW the 737s have no bulkheads at row 1 ABC, so these are probably the best ones to get, if you can at all. The overwing exits are also fine.
