Hmmm...I have no pending items in my account anymore, though only two transactions (one from Nov, one from Jan) ever did post. They were there a couple of weeks ago. No miles though.

Since it all started, I've kept receipts/emails with transaction numbers, which are still available in my transaction history, on my desk. Looks like it's time to send them in.

I have purchases 'pending' since before Christmas and some that never showed up at all Nothing has converted into actual miles.

I know some of you guys probably won't like hearing this, but the equivalent BA scheme, which came along a couple of weeks after the bmi one, is working perfectly. All my purchases showed up quickly and all have converted into actual BA miles. Having just checked, all my Christmas purchases credited as actual miles on 11 Jan and January sales purchases had all credited by the end of that month ^

This is a poor show from bmi, especially when such a direct comparison is available. If a retailer is covered by both schemes, I now automatically choose BA, even though the bmi miles/ rate is usually better.

ba

does the BA scheme pay on grocery shopping (ie bannanas) ;-)???

this bmi thing is a joke, they know (the provider of the program) know it's such a fiddly amount, hardly anyone is going to claim..... so they'll get away with it.

someone at diamond club, if they're reading this, should be doing something abuot this as it's ruining the effectiveness of this program, i'm switching my shopping across to BA...

Is this with a particular supplier?

Or if a general benefit, I'll need to query mine - been charged P&P on all purchases so far

I still have pending purchase dating back to December. In fact I have had none posted yet. This seems a complete fiasco! Could anyone from BMI reading this please explain??

Just noticed that some (but not all!) of my purchases have changed from pending to approved. They have not yet been posted though.
Still have missing purchases from mid-Feb still however.

just noticed that on my shopping history my purchases have been approved but not credited to my account. The only one still pending is Tesco when I did online shopping, I don't think that will get approved.

Same here - my one purchase thru ba.com posted the miles ages ago. All the rest of my purchases that I've made thru bmi are either still pending or not showing at all

I've just made another order earlier today, and their website had 'free postage' banner images all over their website - with no mention of a 15 minimum.

In fact, I spent just under 15, and wasn't charged postage - and got an email earlier this evening saying my order had shipped ^

However, there is now *nothing* on my order history on bmi shopping for the last transation So it appears I now have no proof on their system that I made a previous order...

Who should I contact to get this chased up - diamond club? Or someone else? I was looking to make some more serious purchases online shortly, but don't feel confident about getting the miles as billed

Well at last the miles for my November shopping (M&S and Hilton) were credited to my DC account today. So it looks like it takes four months. I guess it remains to be seen whether this has just been due to teething problems from launch or whether this will be the standard period.

My 798 miles courtesy of a cross trainer (in the sale at Christmas mind you!) from John Lewis also hit my account this morning. That's about 30% of the reward for a 30 second bmi survey

Hopefully others will see points hit their accounts today too as they have for Corpt and I
