Buying DC Miles

It still doesnt seem to work with AMEX, so for those having problems I would say give a Visa card a try and it seems to work. A great bargain, worth max-ing out every year in my opinion!

No luck with purchasing BMI Miles at all
Good evening,
I am in bad need of 8,000 destination miles and have been told by the DC Call Centre that they can only be purchased online.
My problem: even using VISA or MC I only get to online shopping, then buy destinations miles, then entering email address (must it be the one in my profile, but even then no way ?), then amount of miles ,then continue button plus click, opening: either an empty page comes up (Internet Explorer) or half screen full of useless data (Firefox) from provinceUS til purchaser.Paymentprofile.
A friend told me that this (purchase miles) feature has been outsourced by DC to points.com - why don't they fix the apparent bug (or is it just my stupidity) ???
DC CC says no online help desk - either it works or I am out of luck !

juan516, from what I can gather this is some kind of browser issue, I purchased miles a few days ago myself on a MC without issue, maybe try a completely different PC/Mac and see how you get on.

No problem today buying 20000 using BMI mastercard . A good way to spend my grand national winnings ^
