Logging on Problems
Based on the advice here, I was comped to Gold for my retirement travels to Europe and beyond. Joanna was extremely helpful in getting me set up, but I can't log on. There was a problem with my profile which she corrected and I was able to log on for one day. Now nothing for the last week and my emails are not being returned.
When I type in my member # and the password she gave me, it says invalid password. I then request the password sent to my email address and it never comes. When I try to log on with my EMAIL ADDRESS and password, it again says invalid, but this time will allow me to request a new password and it does come to my email address. Am I doing something wrong? Is it typical that they don't answer emails? (they have been very good the last month while I was setting up) Are they on vacation? I have a flight to NZ next week I'd like to credit to BMI but wonder if I p__sed somebody off. As I get more frustrated without an answer coming, my emails are getting more pointed. Can somebody give me a name, email address or some direction to be able to access my account. thanks Ingy |
