Down for maintenance??????????
 

I do not believe that the website can be down for nearly 10 days, I have been trying to access my account online and its always down.
spoke to cs but they say thats how it is. Is it really possible that BMI can even operate without a working site?

Anyone else in similar situation?

I went on there earlier today. A trip I have booked doesn't show and also I could find no way to change my password. Spoke to DC and was told neither of these 2 features are working at the moment but should be fixed in a weeks time.
