Thanks to More Champagne Sir?'s excellent thread, I just made my first ever redemption. Yippee.

Please educate me as I am curious: why does one get issued with paper tix since it was from Z7 to Z7? It is not like it's starting from some third world country. What DC cannot issue an e-tix? Ta. :)

DC can issue e-tix and do so for the majority of award redemptions. However, I doubt anybody here will be able to educate you as we don't really understand the reasons why paper tickets are issued instead of e-tix but are trying to learn through this thread.

TEX277, thank you for the info and not making me feel 'sheepish' as I missed out (aka not properly searching) an existing thread. :) I have contributed to the said thread and hopefully there will be a definitive on it, I hope. :D
