Lufthansa OLCI

OK while I am complaining this is something else that really annoys me. All my travel bookings are made through the corp travel agent for my co and so our CC numbers are not put in the booking. When you try and check in for a LH flight online DC cards are not one of the choices for checking in. This means that DC members cannot check in for their flights online. Sure, Krisflyers and basically every other *A FF member can, but we cannot. Does anyone have any insight to this or explanations???

IIRC, I complained to LH about this something like 2 years ago. They had plans to fix it "soon".

This must be a special German version of soon.

It is a PITA though.

Quite surprised it has not been fixed especially considering who owns BD (well partly anyhow).

Of course the whole issue would be mute if they would just let you check in via your booking reference.

FWIW, you CAN OLCI in using your BD number. Simply select the Miles and More option and enter your BD number against the Miles and More field in the web form.

I found this out today after none of my credit cards seemed to bring up my booking. Worked like a charm.

IMHO I don't think it is a matter of 'if', it's more a matter of 'when*'!
