FAO Joanna: BOM cancellations and DC miles
Dear Joanna
Could you please confirm whether those of us who are booked on a cancelled BOM flight and re-routed on an alternative carrier will be able to claim the miles we would have been awarded had the flight not been cancelled, including the triple miles bonus?

Yes you will still be able to claim the miles on your BOM flight if you have been re-routed. If you can send your boarding cards along with your re-routed flight details we will credit the miles manually.
You can either send these by post to the PO Box 5050 address or send attachments via email to [email protected]
