Unable to view PNRs?
My one current outstanding reservation made through bmi seems to have vanished out of Amadeus (at least checkmytrip.com) and from the Manage Your Booking section of the bmi site.
I spoke to someone in India who told me that there is a technical problem at the moment, and it should be fixed within the hour. It's been like this all day. Apparently, my reservation is fine (I was worried as it's a hard-to-get reward flight) but I was wondering whether anyone else was having similar problems viewing their itineraries? |
Checkmytrip.com gives me:
"At this time, we cannot retrieve your online itinerary. Please try again later or contact your travel professional." Travel professional... Depends who you get at the call centre I think. ;) That's a terribly American turn of phrase isn't it? |
Yeh I got this too and I called a travel professional at bmi who assured me everything is ok. I was looking up an award booking so had to check as I've heard horror stories on here of them being cancelled 'accidentally'.
Checkmytrip now works although still can't get it up on flybmi.com |
Yup, had some problems a few weeks ago (while checkmytrip.com coincidentally had some excessive downtime) but the flights were fine.
