Economy passengers are pressed to use check-in machines so the staff has more time for premium passengers
hmm, which airline that we all know does that sound like?

Flew on a Tiny fare from Heathrow, thought you had to use self service check in only, I checked in at Business desk as DC Silver Gold desks were quite busy. The check in girl could not have been more friendly.
