here's hopin

booked a LHR-BUD via FRA with the first leg on LH cityline.

I just want to make sure that I will earn DC miles as otherwise I will split the trip, and stick the leg in question on M+M

You will get your miles, no question.

There is a different cabin service and management structure but essentially LH Cityline is to LH what BD regional is to BD - one and the same.

What about the Cityline flights operated by the likes of Augsburg Airways?

i think the difference is that Augsburg Airways and Eurowings flights are part of LH regional but not Cityline (which is also part of LH regional)

the other groups operate LH flights but not Cityline Flights
