Missing 300 miles
 

A friend of mine has 14,700 miles and would like to get a 15,000 miles reward (part cash part miles). That person has basic DC status. Do you think BMI would "offer" the 300 missing miles, and if not, any way to get them cheap (not UK based) ? Thanks !

The cheapest way to get points would be to refer a new member, that assumes you can find someone to refer !! (3000 Points MGM or 2000 UK Status)

Otherwise the cheapest way to get 300 points is probably to hire a car for a day at the weekend.

I was told several times that even if the friend would travel in another star alliance carrier, I would still get the 3000 miles if I introduce him/her ? can you confirm this ? Thanks...
