reconciling miles
 
i should have kept a note on the recent changes but now that i've started to reconcile the account, i find i can source the original info!

Q1: what was the rate that existing miles got transferred from the old dest points to the miles?
Q2: when did they do this?
Q3: the BAA xfer (500 for 1500?) expired at the end of June?

any help gratefully recorded!

Off the top of my head:
A1: 30 dest miles/point. (40 membership miles/point)
A2: End of April
A3: End of May (Yes, offer was 3-for-1, normally 3-for-2)
