IAD return?
 
When I tried to book May 17 and June return, I got: "Our services from Manchester to Washington have been suspended on the dates you selected. You can book online now for travel post May 2003, as services will resume from then." and a Nov.2002 pressrelease.

Is BMI returning to IAD in May?

I saw the earlier special with May tickets.

Flights returning from 1 June AFAIK.

The problem is, will IAD-MAN be year-round again, or seasonal?

They said it would be seasonal when they first pulled it in November.
