Gold card - yes (on the basis that it's a Star Alliance Gold card and this should let you bring a guest into any Star Alliance (including BD) lounge).
Silver card - not sure. LH let their silver card holders use LH lounges but won't allow guests (at least formally - you can manage it, even at FRA, if you ask nicely when it's quiet).

No guests with a Silver card. But if you ask nicely...
BTW, even with a Gold card the guest must be travelling on the same flight as the cardholder.
