DC website down
 

tried to logon at 11.30 and got this message.


“in order to fully resolve technical issues, the diamond club website will be unavailable between the hours of 12 midnight and 6am over the next few weeks”

I hope they fix it this time.

Indeed. Their '6am' estimate of when the site would be back up seems a bit inaccurate as well: it's now 10am and the site is still "currently unavailable due to maintenance"... :rolleyes:

Is it to fix this:

"Please Note: We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties in crediting your account with miles. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and would ask that you bear with us during this period. Thank you"

I haven't had any credits for my last 9 flights!
