Login problems again?
 

Are people in the UK still able to login to diamondclub.org?

I had to reset my password and when I log in it tells me that DiamondClub has closed outside of the UK. It wont let me login based on this error.

Can't contact anyone as the phone numbers to diamondclub are now dead. The number on the website routes to BA.

Any ideas?

I am having problems - I have tried several times recently to go through the "forgot password" process but never receive the email

I emailed them via contact us and they came back within 24 hrs to say my account was showing country code BR (Brazil). No idea why but they switched it back to UK and it's fine now.

Maybe email them via contact us (there is still someone at the other end) because it might be possible some personal data has been screwed up. Hence my issue.
