Question How to contact by post?

How do I contact bmi / BA if I want to make sure it's in writing and recorded?
The form here doesn't do it justice: https://www.diamondclub.org/iloyal-M...execution=e4s1

Should I send it to the Annesley address for it to be forwarded or the BA Executive club address? I'm worried the latter will just tell me to contact bmi.

If this is for potential legal action, you need to send it to whatever the registered address of BMI is now - I would imagine still the Hall.

Although it will give you extra peace-of-mind, it's not actually necessary to send anything by recorded/registered - the legal system assumes that a letter sent to the registered address will be received.

Having asked for a new DC.org password, I noticed on the bottom of the e-mail reminder that the registered address had now changed to match BA's:

"British Midland Airways Limited trading as bmi is registered in England & Wales. Registered number: 464648. Registered office: Waterside, PO BOX 365, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB"

In the end I went through a number of calls, and ended up speaking to BA Customer relations. I've been informed I need to send my letter to them.
They mentioned that whilst some subjects needed to get sent to bmi (as "some teams remain") the matter I'm contacting them about wouldn't have a bmi team in place to deal with, therefore I was advised to sent it to BA.
