Must confess I came late to the BMI game, but had reasonably good service from the lads and lassies of ICC.
Post the sad demise of BDMI, I have recently turned my attention to USAir Dividend miles for *Alliance redemptions (could not resist the current one cent to buy one mile promotion). However my last few encounters with the ladies of USDM US call centers had me wishing US Air would transfer their call center to Pune! |
