Dropping the last segment of an award ticket
 
I want to drop the last segment only of a reward booking and leave the rest unchanged. Has anyone been able to do this or is it just not possible now. A very nice lady at DC tried for me and said she could not get the system to do it? Is it worth trying again?

Is it a Star alliance flight? If so, changes are not allowed any more. You are better off checking your luggage to where you want to go and just skip the last segment.

Agree - just no-show for the final segment.
