Thanks it does work again, but now seems to want all the leading zeroes in the member number.

The system has been getting buggier by the week for the last month or so. I guess maintenance isn't high on the priority list these days. Everything still works most of the time so it a classic case of HUACA, except with a keyboard....

I thought it required the leading zeros for quite some time now?

I`ve reset my password just 6 times now and been trying to log into my account and it still won`t let me in. Should i be using my BMI number instead? What number format should i use?
